How The Program Works:

At Wesley Place, we value the people who make Indianapolis a great place to live and work. Our Workforce Housing Program offers affordable, modern apartment homes for households earning 50–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Designed for individuals, couples, and families at a variety of income levels, providing an incredible opportunity for prospects to live in our community at an affordable rent. Prospective tenants must provide proof of income in order to qualify for a Workforce apartment.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligibility is based on total household income and household size.
  • Income must fall within the range defined by the program.
  • Proof of income and household size is required during application process.
